L Methyl Folate 15mg + Methyl B12 Cofactor, High Potency Active 5-MTHF Form 60 Capsules

I added these to my daily regimen and thought I could tell a difference in how I felt and thought, almost immediately. So then wanting to test that I quit taking them for a week. Noticed that the benefits I had been feeling left, I realized it was truly these vitamins. Mind you I have always taken a B supplement because I was lacking according to the doctor’s blood tests. Put myself back on them and have not looked back, even bought them for my son who also can feel a huge difference. Wish I would have known about this sooner.

As someone with MTHFR, I just ordered my second bottle. This will definitely be a consistent addition to my supplement stack. I got one of those apps to rate your supplements. This one had an 8.75/10. I’ve noticed less brain fog and better sleep since I’ve been on it. Pill isn’t too big, and doesn’t have a taste at all (coke bottle cap for size comparison). Definitely great product for a good price. Highly recommend

Completely changed my life. I did not even know the MTHFR gene mutation was a thing. My test for it was positive so I started taking these and felt different within 2 weeks. Going on a few months now and I still feel mentally completely different.

My stamina and energy has increased since taking this.I find most people including health professionals do not know what this supplement is and what it helps!!!

I feel like the fog has lifted! I can finally have a conversation without grasping for words (IYKYK). I guess you can say the pill is large but I don’t think it’s too bad. It’s pretty easy to take, I take mine in the morning and go about my day. It may take some a few days before they notice a difference.

I like the product, but once again I received a glass bottle shipped in a paper bag. If it would have arrived broken it would have been useless.

I have not received the relief of neuropathy that I had hoped from the L Methyl Folate. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks so don’t know if I should give it more time to react.

I just started taking this but I can already tell a difference, Hopefully with further use I will start feeling the full benefits!

Good overall value and has really helped balance my B12 bloodwork over the last year.

Though both the capsules and the drops are effective, I prefer the capsules. The drops have a potent taste and if a single drop is spilled, can stain surfaces.

BEWARE! Rating 5 stars so it’s seen. I am sad to say that this has caused an awful allergic reaction in me. The positives after taking it as far as having a clearer mind, lower anxiety and a steady energy are nice. HOWEVER… today was the first day I took it and about an hour after I took it, I noticed my head was itching like crazy. I really didn’t think anything about it, although I did think it was strange, but then my entire body started itching to the point I was covered in hives. I had to take Benadryl to stop from going crazy. It’s been over five hours since I took it and I am still itching deep in my skin. I looked it up and it did say that this was a side effect. Be very, very aware of the other side effects also before you take this.

I felt the difference within the hour, I've been taking it for two weeks now.I've noticed that not only has it been helping for everything from executive distinction, energy, and improve my mood. It feels like it's helping my other supplements works better too. 10/10 recommend!

If your body doesn’t convert folic acid into folate because of MTHFR gene mutation, this is the best vitamin I have found. I have tried quite a few, but this one keeps my mind and body feeling better consistently.

No huge sudden changes, you just slowly begin to feel locked in and on point with clarity while doing daily tasks. Love the calming mood effect. Definitely worth the purchase.

I purchased this product because I have a genetic variant of the MTHF-R gene and lately have just been really exhausted and unable to process my thoughts in any productive way that I normally do. I had also been feeling some tingling in my fingers. I have a B-complex and some other vitamins but haven't been getting the relief that I was hoping for. I thought I might need some extra help processing folate due to my MTHF-R variant, so I tried these due to the HIGH levels of Methylfolate and Methylcobalamine. I've been using this product for about a month and this is EXACTLY what I needed. I'm better rested when I wake up, the tingling went away in my fingers, I'm no longer sluggish mid-day and my brain is starting to work again. Great product!
