Excelente creatina, se siente la calidad superior a su competencia, buena marca, tiene 120 servicios eso dura al rededor de 4 meses perooo no trajo su cuchara de scoop si se muy bien que no lo incluía esta versión de 120 servicios pero que se me hizo difícil conseguirla tuve que comprar otra creatina que si la incluyera, sería perfecta sin tan solo agregaran la cuchara de scoop pero bueno entiendo sus razones. PD: sabe rara la que es sin sabores deja una sensación extraña, para la próxima tocará probar una con sabor.

Only been taking for a week. Man this thing does wonders. Already jacked up. Easy to dissolve and no clumping. However, when I opened it I couldn’t find the 5g cup which I usually find inside. I thought maybe it will be at the bottom. When I used spoon to look for the scoop I couldn’t find it. So maybe the 5g scoop is missing. Maybe I will find it when the level goes down. Who knows.

The powder doesn’t have any odor. It has no taste. It does have some grit residue while drinking. I’ve been focusing on taking this for every day after my workouts I feel like I am seeing a difference. Sometimes I do take it before my workout and I am able to focus more during.I have not seen any negative effects to my joint health or my digestive system.I am not familiar with ingredients that should or should not be in creatine, but I have not noticed any negative effects on me.

Rarely do I write reviews and usually it's because I don't like my purchase. I LOVE this. I side-eye things that are unflavored because usually that is so not the case. This time it's true. I mixed it with my juice and it dissolved COMPLETELY.
