I’ve tried all different brands of magnesium glycinate and this one is my favorite one. It’s 400 mg which is the perfect dose and these pills are nice and easy to swallow. I feel like they help me relax and sleep better at night.

Im only taking one capsule, its may first time taking this,its been a week and i would say it improved my sleep. I dont wake up every 2 hours at night anymore. It was hard for me to sleep right away but because of this , i can sleep easily. Capsule is not big and easy to swallow. Made me have the urge to go in the morning. Its effective for me.

Made the mistake of taking these with only coffee in the morning…I got so gassy and bloated I started to feel it in my chest. Started taking them with my dinner and a full meal. No issues

Sooooo much better than melatonin. It's especially great since I work out a lot & this helps my muscles recover. It still gives intense dreams, but only because the sleep is so deep. Nowhere in the neighborhood of creepy melatonin dreams, & I have a lot more control within them, which is relaxing.

I should have paid more attention before ordering. These are huge, and you have to take 3 just to get 50% DV.

This was to help tmj on one side likely caused by grinding my teeth at night. Apparently magnesium can help with this but some forms of magnesium aren’t as easily absorbed so I got this one. Within a few nights of using this my jaw pain went away. One dose is 3 capsules which are a little thinner than a fish oil pill.

Great sleep aid, though it might be a little placebo; I noticeably felt more refreshed waking up after taking these the night before, alongside L-theanine and a little melatonin. It really improves sleep.

Yes, this magnesium glycinate makes wonders to my sleep quality and muscle recovery. I take 2 capsules before bed. Part of my supplements stack. Will repurchase when I end the pack. Highly recommend it.

My OB advised I take Magesium Glycinate during my 3rd trimester to help with the restless/cramping legs I got at night. I got into the habit of taking them a little bit before bedtime, so that they would kick in by the time I was ready to sleep.These were effective and I did notice a significant reduction in the cramps and restlessness when I took them. They also helped take the edge off of my insomnia and made it a bit easier to fall back asleep after getting up numerous times to go to the bathroom.That being said, I gave this 4 stars because the pills are HUGE and you have to take 3 of them to get the proper doseage. I don't know about anyone else, but this was a little difficult for me. During pregnancy I had nausea and a VERY sensitive gag reflex, so taking 3 of these was a little torturous. There were several nights when I couldn't even swallow all 3, so I settled for 1-2.Still, I purchased this bottle, so I committed to taking all of them and eventually finished the bottle. I did not repurchase and found a different brand that only required 1 pill.Effective, but the 3 giant pills didn't work for me.

Compré el glicinato de magnesio para ayudarme a relajar los músculos después del trabajo y la verdad sí noté diferencia. Me ayuda bastante a dormir más relajado y despertar menos cansado, sobre todo después de días pesados o cuando hago ejercicio. No me cayó pesado al estómago como otros magnesios y se siente de buena calidad. Lo tomo en la noche y ya se volvió parte de mi rutina.
