Nature’s Bounty High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate 240 mg Capsules, 120 ct

There is nothing wrong with the actual product to warrant 4/5 stars, its worked as expected. I feel like falling asleep has been easier and even if I wake up in the middle of the night it's extremely easy to fall back asleep. Now when I wake up I do feel a bit groggy for maybe 15 minutes but then I feel extremely awake. Now the reason for the 4/5 stars is because at least one of the capsules came broken. In the image below, the one on the left is the regular capsule but the right is the one which came broken. There may be more at the bottom of the container, however I haven't found any more when searching through the container.

I was introduced to this product by my Doctor . I have always had trouble sleeping and was asking him about Melatonin . He said that he and his wife used Magnesium glycinate. I tried it and it helps to relax me before bed . I had a hard time finding the 240mg capsule at my pharmacy but Amazon had it. It came quickly and arrived intact. Well worth a try!

Really helped me sleep. I take them a hour before I sleep typically. It also helps with sore muscles which has helped a lot. Helping my sleep and sore muscles has been nice.

I read that magnesium is good to help with sleep and then my best friend told me her doctor suggested she take these vitamins at night to help with sleep. When I don't take one at night, I do notice how restless I am and how difficult it is to fall asleep.

Best deal I found

I tend to get low on magnesium and potassium when I'm not taking my vitamins and supplements like I'm supposed to. I'm 56 years old and now battling all the things that want to drop in my blood. I get heart flutters too from it all. When I take these, things are better. My bloodwork shows great numbers with magnesium back up.

Magnesium works for me every time. Once taken, you have approx. 20 minutes to say what you have to say to me because I will be asleep in 21 minutes.

Works for me, but a family member had discomfort with this one. Doctor's Best Magnesium capsules worked best for her.
