Stronger bones

I’m suppose take them for my bones but I can’t seem to swallow them. They’re too big.

They are Huge. I had to edit this because the next day which is today I put coconut oil on the pill and it slid down my throat..so far I feel good about them

I just received these and took my 1st Capsule And I've got to say it's pretty darn big. I think it would be very easy to choke on 1 of these But I will say that they do have a Slick finished to them when you Start swallowing them and it Did go down fairly easy but It's still a big darn pill. Just be careful

Best deal when Dr. wants you to take calcium and vitamin D. It's crucial to have Vitamin D in order for the calcium to be absorbed and this combo gives just what is needed. Good price as well.

What can I say - they are the typical calcium sized pill - large. However they are well coated with no chalky taste and a good value for the money. Hopefully I’ll see good results in my next bone density test. My doctor says that the vitamin D works better with the calcium when taken as one instead of two separate pills. My levels are all good and I will continue taking to help me so I dont get osteoporosis. At least that is the goal. But since I have issues with freckles, I cant go out in sun much so this supplement helps. Good price too.

These pills are big but easy to swallow because they are softgels. Very good amount of calcium and good value for the money
