I have natural curly hair so I only wash my hair once a week I will lose so much hair when I would comb it out I would call my hair then I would clean the brush throw it in the toilet and see a big old blob of black hair so I decided to buy nature's bounty biotin and for about 6 months now I've been taking it every single day and I still wash my hair only once a week but oh my gosh I have noticed the difference I barely lose any hair now I go through the same routine and it's about half the amount if not more of the hairs that I used to lose I highly recommend this and I'm in my '60s if that helps lol

I bought these because I have a swallowing disorder and can only eat pureed food. Because of that I need more vitamins and minerals. I am losing my hair and my nails aren't as strong. I was told to use this. Hopefully, this will help. Thankfully, the pills are small and easy to swallow. Their is no smell and I don't feel any side effects. I also don't finad any kind of taste in them.

These biotin vitamins are easy to take and fit nicely into my daily routine. The softgels are simple to swallow, and the bottle lasts a long time. It does take a little patience to notice results, but overall I'm happy with the quality and value.

I have bought this four times so far. My hair started falling out after a steroid shot. So I started taking this biotin. My hair has grown in thicker than ever and is shiny. Im 79 so thats a pretty big deal for me. I wonlt be without this.

Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!
