Nature's Bounty Advanced Hair, Skin & Nails, 150 Rapid Release Softgels

I started to take these supplement on April 7, my Hayes really shiny, and it’s growing even. It’s very important to take 3 a day, after your meal and drink A LOT of water, don’t freak out because your urine will be bright yellow due to the biotin. I’m waiting to grow more to trim the ends. I plan on take for at least 3 months before my next review.

This product has worked amazing wonders on my hair. Ive always had thin thin spacey hair. Ive been taking this for about 9 months and my hair has grown so much. When my friend took this picture I was shocked to see what it looked like. I was stoked!! A lot of people dont realize the recommended dose is 3 soft gels, and they're only taking 1 and saying it doesn't work. I take 3 every night and for me....its changed my hair life!! Ive never had so much hair in my life. For all the years I raised my daughters it wouldn't grow past my shoulders, now its well past my shoulders. My hair hasnt been this long since I was like 30years old. Im 41 now. Thats a really long time when your self conscious of your hairs. So yes I recommend this product 100%. Good luck! I gave 5 stars because the taste is fine, the pill size is great, and it's easy to use. The product came as described. Because it takes a long time to really know the efficacy of something like hair, skin, and nail vitamins I can't say it's made my hair longer, nails stronger, or skin better right off the bat, but I am satisfied with the supplemental facts and will continue to use this product. I have not had any negative side effects.

I’m half way through my second bottle. I’m so glad I stuck with it. I noticed my hairline was starting to thin and I really needed a boost. I’ve been taking these for about 4 months now and I’ve got so many new little hairs! They’re much shorter than my bangs in the pictures. Can’t wait to see what another 4 months will bring!

I did research, read a lot of reviews, and decided to give Nature's Bounty Advanced Hair Skin & Nails vitamins a try. Menopause does a number to our bodies, am I right ladies?! My husband has aged 😍 without much work and I have to work very hard to be 😍...lol. My hair lost its umph, my skin looked dull and I had no energy. So, I decided it was time to add a woman's vitamin to my daily self care routine. I've been taking these Nature's Bounty vitamins every morning for almost a month and have already noticed a difference. Last weekend I met my niece for breakfast and she said I looked different, that my skin had a little glow to it and my hair looked fuller. I had noticed this too, but, because I had only been taking the vitamins a short time, I thought it was just wishful thinking. The research I did said the effects of the vitamins could take up to 3 months to be noticeable, but I'm almost a month in, and I definitely look and feel different. I'm excited to say my skin has a nice subtle glow, my nails are growing, and my hair is already looking healthier. And energy? Omg, I definitely have more energy. really good but definitely recommend eating with this because the few times i haven’t, it gives me the WORST tasting breath ever it’s so weird but doesn’t happen if you eat with it

Now I can’t say if it has helped my hair grow yet. It hasn’t been enough time. I will say my nails feel a lot stronger and longer. My hair also feel really soft.

These vitamins are wonderful. I always had thin fingernails in the past. Always breaking off with the slightest bump. I got acrylic nails for 20 years because of this. Now my nails are so strong I have to clip them every month or so because they grow so long and strong. These vitamins don’t smell great so I was afraid I’d burp up bad tastes like I’ve done with some brands but nope! The go down easy and no nasty taste. They also digest very nicely as I don’t burp up bad tastes! My hair and skin also look great. In fact my hair grows quickly and I have a lot of it!

I bought this supplement for my hair. I’m 73 and my hair was thinning. I could see my scalp through what hair I had. I’ve been taking this product for almost 2 months. It’s time to order more. First I inspected my hair. Upon doing so, I realized my scalp wasn’t showing, but only at the part where it’s normal. My hair is thin normally. But this supplement has really helped the thin areas and I’m 100% satisfied. I’m definitely ordering more. Oh yes, my nails have grown like crazy.

It’s east to swollen even with a mouthful of water/juice it doesn’t have a taste please take on a full stomach it cause me GI upset when taken on an empty stomach

I haven't seen much difference in my hair but my nails look great. They were thin and split easily from decades of fake nails. I wasn't seeing much progress until I started taking the vitamins.

They work so good! Just be consistent and drink lots of water.

My hair has been and is falling out really badly. So far that hasn’t stopped but with these vitamins my hair seems to be growing in faster than it is falling out as it is getting thicker. I am late 70’s and have had really fine thin hair for many years now. No shampoo, treatment, vitamins nor anything else has seemed to help until these. If I can get the shedding under control I may have enough hair to be able to style my hair again. They do not seem to have helped my nails much. I think maybe taking too much aspirin maybe causing the hair shedding and my sluggishness. We will see. For now I am so happy to have found these.

I've used these vitamins for years and I can tell a difference in my skin and nails. I'm still losing hair, but noticably.Buying online keeps me running to the drug store every time I have used them all.The size and shape make makes them easy to swallow.The only downside is that it requires 3 pills per day.
