Nature Made Magnesium Glycinate 200 mg per Serving, 60 Capsules

I bought this magnesium because I had been looking for something I could take more consistently, especially on days when I felt more physically tired or when my routine was heavier than usual. I did not want to deal with too many supplements, just something simple and easy to add to everyday life.I’ve been using it as part of my routine, and overall the experience has been good. I liked that it was easy to take and did not feel like one of those products that ends up forgotten in the cabinet. In my case, I started taking it mainly with muscle support in mind, and it was easy for me to stay consistent with it.My overall impression is positive. I love this magnesium supplement! I find that the Glycinate is much more gentle on your stomach and offers all of the usual benefits of magnesium. It has helped me so much with regulating my nervous system and my sleep schedule. The price point is also awesome for the amount of capsules you get in the bottle

I WAS having Constant BAD sciatica PAIN!-I tried Chiropractic/Tylenol (NSAIDS are BAD!), with little relief!?I finally did a Google/Chrome "AI" search for- "sciatica pain relief supplements"?Down near the end of the list- AI recommended 200mg/daily of "this" form of Magnesium? HUH?OH WELL, I Was tired of being in PAIN, and ordered a bottle (I was already getting 100mg from my Multi)?-Within 2 hours after taking 1, with dinner(1 with breakfast too) and, the Pain was GONE!!! :o)-I am also sleeping better, and have much less morning brain fog!It may not help you, but give it a try!?2. I also got 2 CushZone XL Gel seat cushions for my computer chair/ Recliner! WOW, much better than Memory Foam!a. Glycinate keeps being the best magnesium for me to have a deeper sleep. These are also gente for the stomach

I use these a few times a week after a good workout, but before I go to bed. They definitely help with relaxation and tight muscles.

I trust this brand more than I do. Most supplements, because they our large and have a stringent quality control.The quality is fantastic. And I highly recommend these.

I’m not a medical professional, so I don’t know if this has actually helped or if it is a placebo effect, but my sleep has definitely improved. Deeper sleep and not waking up the a racing mind as much.

Have been taking them a while and I can feel the improvements

After checking with my doctor to make sure nothing was actually wrong, I started taking these for heart palpitations.It was not an immediate fix, but after 4 or 5 days, I began to notice a difference. Now, the palpitations have stopped. Another effect I noticed was a reduction in my anxiety.The pills are absolutely enormous. The picture they have is misleading. I empty the powder from the capsules into applesauce and eat it that way. I am subscribed to this Nature Made supplement. After doing research on Magnesium + glycinate I knew I needed them. It has helped me sleep plus I’m getting the benefits of the glycinate.

These are just fine. Why are so many complaining about the size. They seem to be similar in size to any other supplement.Try the 1000mg Lysine and then you might have something to talk about.

These are great for taking if getting like a kink in your knee and Charlie horse in your leg. I’ve been taking it for a long time now thanks to a coworker for telling me about.

There’s a white powder in bottle. It looks like one of the pill burst. There were 60 capsules and the seal was intact.
