Creepy. First time I noticed tiny things like worms. 🪱 Had bought a big bottle. Waiting for the smaller one to come. In the past they weren’t full of these things. Too gooey and not long lasting for the ones I took before noticing. Bottle was sealed and expiring over a year from now. Will edit review once I receive the new smaller one. The seal around the lid was intact but once I got it off, the lid wasn't screwed on and the seal under it was already half off. I'll probably still use them, I'm not too worried about it, but still disappointing. Haven't tried them yet but as someone with bad insomnia, I will update when I found out how well they work.

This has been so far the best. The taste is amazing it taste like regular strawberry candy gummy you won’t feel that horrible taste of medicine like other brands of including the AMAZON BRAND this 10mg will knocked you out. I usually eat them at 9pm and by 9:30pm or 10pm I am knocked out plus I will Sleep all night until 5 6 or 7am and you will wake up feeling refreshed. I tried taking one gummy but end up taking two works for me better but everyone is different. I just order another one bc my dad drinks medication that our doctor give him but I told him about this natural sleeping gummy he tried two of the gummy’s at 10:30pm and by 11pm my mother called me the next day at work and told me if I give my dad two gummy’s because by 11pm he was knocked out hahah so the one I just order again is for him heheh. These do work. I have been having a little of restless nights. I took 1 of these, and about 20 minutes later I felt a calm come over me. Next thing I know I'm asleep. I did wake up a few hours later but the sleep I did get was deep. I was even able to fall back asleep and have dreams, which I have not had in a long time! No groggy feeling in the morning either.

second time buying this! This melatonin really helps me as a college student when I really need a deep sleep or have trouble sleeping. This does give me weird dreams and I do feel tired whenever I wake up after taking this melatonin but I’d say it’s very temporary.

I have had sleep problems for years. I'm 73yrs old and have tried Melatonin previously with no benefit. THIS brand was a completely different story. I do take q0mg of Lexapro in the early evening, but it wasn't really making a difference. I would.go.to bed and get up after an hour to read. Then I would read for an hour, losing a lot of sleep time! When I take these 2 gummies, it only takes 25 to 30 min to feel like I'm ready to sleep. And the QUALITY of sleep is much better. I get up in the morning ready to do things instead of feeling almost sick. The gummies are soft and do not stick to your teeth. Good flavor too!
