Just got these today. I have been using GLP1 injections for 13 months. I was using the nature made brand of the fiber gummies and they were ok. They did what they were supposed to I guess but I decided to try this brand recommended by my doctor. I have only used them today. The taste was really good. They were a nice texture and easy to chew. They did not get stuck in my teeth or anything like that so if you have dentures or any dental appliances these gummies should be ok to use. We’ll see how they affect my fiber intake and if they help.

I love these gummies you can take four a day and it helps keep you regular and it helps with metabolism as well

Better than Gruns! Dont waste your money on Gruns when these work just as well. The Gummies are delicious, but though there are different colors, they all kind of taste the same. Regardless, they taste good and it’s a convenient way to get your fiber in.

Hard to chew

These gummies work phenomenal. I am so impressed. I would recommend starting with 1 in am 1 pm. If still no results are seen 2 in am/ 2 in pm. These might make you more gassy. Taste great for fiber gummies

Easier to chew a gummie.

These are very tasty gummy’s. The texture is great. The smell is great and the taste is even better for all these people on the GLP 1 needing to up your fiber intake I highly recommend these. Just popped 3 to 4 of them in your mouth and feel confident in adding fiber to your daily intake.

I read the reviews before taking, the bottle says to take 4 gummies, boy oh boy am I glad I didn’t, I took just one and was running to the bathroom for two days after. These gummies work really well, just be careful on how many you take, start with one to be safe as you can add more later.

The value for the money texture taste and smell are all good. As far as Ease of use, eat them. The only thing you want to be careful of is how many you eat.Sadly I went on a sharp cheddar cheese eating jag at a football party. I was sadly locked up. So…..I accidentally ate 15 in one day. And let me tell you… first i had savage gas passing which smelled like I was farting fruit jello. Then finally i had a monster mastodon eye rolling pipe choker of a bathroom visit. Pringle can diameter Literally had to plunge and double flush. But wow I am clear now.I would suggest these but please do follow usage instructions.

Gentle relief that works over time. I take daily in morning on empty stomach. No harsh side effects. Dose is 4 gummies; I started with 2 and worked my way up. Used to combat constipation side-effect from medication. On my second bottle now.

Best Fiber intake ever!!

These worked quickly and smoothly. No cramps. I had been taking Wegovy for about 3 months and only had small incomplete bowl movements. I ate 3... The dose is 4 but I was afraid of the opposite reaction! The next morning it was a HUGE success. Pun intended. I tried the powder that you add to water but I couldn't drink enough to work. Glad I bout two now!

Amazing work so good

Bought these for my parents and myself when started complaining about regularity. They weren't keen on taking another prescription drug, so I was hoping this product would help without the harshness sometimes associated with strong, prescription meds. They have raved about the difference these gummies have made in helping with regularity. The only "complaint" they've had is that they have to remember to take them 4 times a day. Other than that, they have found them soft and tasty.

I am on a glp1 and get constipated quite easily. These help keep me regular. The only downside is that the serving size is 4 gummies and the bottle is only big enough for 18 days, so I feel like I have to continuously buy them. But they work so it's worth it. The taste isn't great, but not bad either.

I have to say I am really impressed with just how effective these gummies are. I was a skeptic, as I have never found other gummy products to be effective but these definitely work well. I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I've ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.

Listen..if you want something that’s going to clear the pipes and do it fast and regularly, this is the stuff for you! I have always been very regular and suffer from IBS-D. I recently started a new medication that had me BACKED UP for 5 days. Imagine being used to pooping multiple times a day easily all your life and then all of sudden you can’t poop for 5 days. When I say nothing worked to solve this problem, I mean nothing. Even my emergency trip to Taco Bell with lots of Diablo sauce wouldn’t solve this issue.As a last ditch effort, I ordered these gummies (took 1 day to get to me, A+ shipping speed). The instructions say to eat 4 which is what I did. When I say within the hour I was on the toilet emptying my packed bowls, I mean it. I’d highly recommend taking 2 instead of 4 after the initial clean out. I’m 6’4 and 400 pounds and 4 gummies was more than enough to clear me out with ease. If you’re buying fiber gummies, then you obviously want to go to the bathroom, so I have to give them 4 stars because they’re effective. However, you probably won’t need to take the recommended amount, which is 4. Definitely start with 1 a day and increase from there. I started with 4, and I had terrible stomach pains. You have been warned.
