Pros:- nearly solved my digestive issue on its own- BM’s cleaner than in memoryCons:- that i have to take them in the first place ; )I have been searching for something to tighten my stools for more than a decade. I tried this in powder form, but it was gross to drink and i didn’t notice any improvement.Recently my digestion went into negative high gear with things racing from ingestion to elimination in a quick, messy, burning manner (sorry for the graphic image, but if you’re reading this, i wan’t you to know if we had similar problems to solve). I had some minor success with digestive enzyme tablets, but not enough. I read the label and did a little research. This lead me to start with two tablets at mealtime. (Long story of testing different times and doses omitted). I settled on 2 tablets “morning, noon, and night”. Things have improved past the immediate problem that made me start looking for solutions and even put a big dent on my decade+ search to make bathroom trips better. With this kind of improvement and with the dosage really needing to be higher than i would have thought to try without some good testing…and needing to be regular rather than “with meals”, i thought I’d share.

I wish it were more obvious that you need to take 10 of these (5 at a time, twice) a day. I should have read the reviews. Powder seems like the only way to take this stuff.That makes the 300 capsule bottle a 30 day supply, roughly $1.33 per day which seems reasonable and not that far off from the powder form.

As a 57 year man who has had years of stomach and constipation issues, this has been a total game changer. I currently take 3 capsules 3 times a day and for the first time in a long time my stomach feels normal. I am regular now daily along with no more upset stomach issues once a week. This took place in less than a month. Hope this can help others as well.

I’ve used the powder and wanted something easier than mixing up dust into some water, but at 2g of fiber per 5 capsules the value isn’t here. It’s convenient and that’s about it. 2 grams per 5 capsules is pretty lame.

Okay, I normally would NOT share this because… TMI 😅 but if you struggle like I do, you’ll understand why this matters.I just started taking these Metamucil 3-in-1 supplements two days ago—just two pills at night—and I’m honestly shocked. I’ve dealt with being backed up for as long as I can remember, so I didn’t expect much this quickly.But when I say they worked… they WORKED. Being able to go both nights after just starting them is unheard of for me.If you’ve been on the fence or dealing with the same issue, I had to share because this has already made such a difference for me in just a couple of days.

It's not like I eat junk all the time. Lunch is always a salad. But it appeared that it wasn't quite enough. So, I pop six of these capsules every afternoon, and that does the trick. I'm sure the quantity differs among people. I started with ten and worked my way down to six. Your milage may vary.The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because of the price. You can find this same product in drug and grocery stores for between five and ten dollars less than here. So, shop around. Good product; inflated price.

If you take stuff that keeps you from being regular this is a must have. The pill form is the best as the gummies never work for me. Also works great with Miralax.

If you want some more fiber for your diet these work well. They are swallow easily and are noticeable except for being effective overnight.

These were hard for me to swallow at first, but then I realized they go down better when I take then with a thicker drink such as my protein shakes. These have improved my bathroom trips immensely. There isn't much fiber in them, but they form a gel in your stomach and that has really helped my digestion.
