Who knows if supplements really work. I have taken this product daily for years. My PSA number is incredibly low, below 1. So I feel this product has worked for me, and I will continue to take it.

2 1/2 weeks I've been on this and so far the product is effective in keeping me from getting up to wee 3X a night. Now, I may only get up once a night around 3 am. This is what you can do if interested. I have my healthy cereal in the morning. I take the capsule apart, sprinkle the contents on the cereal and mix it up with my hand. I add milk and I'm all set to go. No need for the capsule to go through the digestive tract. I can't even taste the ingredients however I know that once it's mixed in with food, it'll be assimilated better. I do the same at dinner time. I've got a PSA screening and blood work coming up in a few weeks. I'll see then if my levels have dropped.

Takes a while to work but it is very effective. It actually lowered my psa score and reduced prostate symptoms drastically! Would recommend this product 100 %.

I was up a few times a night urinating. I got a doctor's prescription to take care of it. Reading the side effects from the prescription was crazy! So I looked for something more natural. Came across Saw Palemetto. Wow great product. I sleep through the night most nights now. It says for men, my wife takes it to. Works for her also!
