I have been taking this and an iddy biddy Zinc tablet almost everyday for 3 years now and have not been sick since. Not the slightest cold, no flu, no virus illness at all and my body bounces back much better to overdoing it.

I've used this product for a couple of years now. D3 + K2 fulfills my daily requirements. No one has ever told me that K2 was to help the D3 absorption. Dr. Berg is the only one that has ever given me the most complete information about about supplements I take. I buy other products, i.e., B1, Trace minerals. These supplements help me sleep better.

Dr. Berg's video on Vitamin D3 needing to be combined with K2 at a higher dosage was helpful. With health provider approval, my formerly insufficient D levels have been corrected. I feel this has supported my immune system (fewer and milder illness) to to my sense of well being.The pill is easy to swallow and easy to incorporate into my daily supplements.

My go to for vitamin D3/K2. I take 1 x day & my labs are on the higher end of normal. My doctor is pleased. That being said, I suppose I could take more but on a budget & take many supplements.

I was intrigued by the research on this product. And that alone made it worth my time to try it. I just took the first capsule last night with no immediate side effects; and I'm sensitive to elements in supplements. So, I'll need at least a few weeks to see any difference, especially if the magnesium causes me any disturbances, as my previous D3 did not have magnesium attached, but I did take a separate Mg supplement once per week. I'll update my rating then.On a most positive note, the delivery via Amazon was almost immediate! Fantastic.
