Awesome I will take these the rest of my days. I have never slept so good I have bunches of energy. I am a special education teacher for kindergartners and first grade. So I need the energy as I will be 68 next week I thought of retiring but as I love my job I have reconsidered. I have a few more years in me now to help students. very good but I only take 1 per night , I start with 2 but gave me diarrhea, cut down to 1 pill and Im fine…maybe now that my body adjust will try 2… So far so good 😊
