If they have the amount of creatine in them that they say they do, these are great. However, they say "3rd party tested," but the certificate they show has no mention of creatine whatsoever. It is simply a test for contaminants, not for creatine content.

Great tasting gummies make it easy to take my daily dose. Granted, not as cost effective as the powder but more convenient. And they claim to be third party tested. I take them as a maintenance supplement, I do not expect them to make me muscular on their own, they don't work that way.

These taste amazing! I use these on days that I don’t go to the gym. I try to make sure I take my creatine daily. If I go to the gym I mix my powder creatine with my pre workout. If I don’t have the pre workout I usually skip/forget taking it because I don’t like the powder in plain water. These gummies are a quick easy solution. I look forward to taking them because they taste so good. The bag is resealable and the gummies do not stick together.
